Learn to manage your own cultural tendencies to better communicate with coworkers, international clients and customers, as you learn to identify the cultural norms you've misinterpreted. You'll foster stronger, more effective relationships through better understanding.
  • Getting Along: It's Personal

    Explore how people's divergent views of self influence their every interaction. Individual views of self differ dramatically, influencing every thought, action and word of our lives. These views inherently lead to value judgments and, sometimes, to misunderstanding and conflict. Identify your own self-view as you grow to identify that of others, fostering a more intuitive and effective communication style.
