Public Relations ProgramsSince its inception in 1998, C.C. Wargel Consulting has led clients through a variety of exciting public relations challenges. In 2002, the firm led Midland Genetics Group's (MGG) national launch of CystX®, a soybean variety providing revolutionary protection against Soybean Cyst Nematode. Employing earned media tactics, C.C. Wargel Consulting gained outstanding story placement in national agricultural monthly magazines, daily newspapers from L.A. to Boston, and on the Paul Harvey Show. C.C. Wargel Consulting in 2003 coordinated a joint event of the World Food Programme (WFP), the Illinois Soybean Checkoff Board, and the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health. Agribusiness leaders joined national media at the Chicago luncheon, featuring WFP CEO Jim Morris and showcasing soy's role in the international battle against malnutrition and HIV/AIDS.
